Product, user experience and interface design for Amway Creators+ app. Ideation and creation of features and core sections of the app, supported by creative strategy, data and user feedback. The Amway Creators+ app supports business building, customer engagement and business education.

Functional and intuitive interfaces with delightful details

Key functions like onboarding and notifications were designed with practical application top of mind but also to include a little visual magic.

The first time user onboarding quiz generates a custom program with activities to build Amway product knowledge and business skills. Providing users with relevant content to their knowledge level personalizes their experience, reduces potential friction and avoids redundancy.

Notifications are categorized and can be filtered or pinned to the top of the list. This space houses messaging around crucial account information, event and product updates and relevant learning academy courses.

Content library feature providing business owners with quality content to engage customers on social platforms

The content library houses content of various media types, that can be shared, favourited or downloaded for offline use. Content is focused around Amway products and is categorized by media type.

For the first time user, a brief guided tour introduces the content sharing library.

The viewer was designed to support grouping of similar content and different media types. Media types supported include: images, GIF, video, audio, and PDF. Iconography is used to indicate media type alongside a number to indicate variations if applicable. The content viewer’s flexible design accommodates media of different proportions and necessary controls to view each media type.

The content viewer was also designed to support landscape viewing.

Downloads can be easily managed using swipe or batch delete functions.

Events feature to provide information around upcoming conferences, trainings and workshops.

Events are grouped by month and ordered chronologically. From an event’s page, users can access key event details, share with friends, add to their calendar and get directions easily. Events can also be favourited and accessed in a single location.

Community insights feature to empower business owners with helpful suggestions based on performance metrics and product data.

Offering business owners key insights by comparing data sets around personal and average performance, customers, subscription rates, product popularity, product category trends and more. Courses of action are suggested for the user to take based on the data.

Redesign of badge imagery and addition of celebratory moments into the user journey

Amway awards physical badges to their business owners according to performance. Celebratory moments are woven into the user experience to honour these meaningful milestones.

These badge representations were redesigned to be dimensional and visually striking, while honouring the visual traits of the physical badges. Since there are multiple levels within a rank, a visual language and system was conceived in order to clearly show progression.
